...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY MORNING THROUGH
THURSDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 4 and
  7 inches with locally higher amounts possible. Winds could gust as
  high as 50 mph causing blowing or drifting snow.

* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph, and Southeast
  Webster Counties.

* WHEN...From Wednesday morning through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities could be severely reduced due to blowing
  snow. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes. Gusty
  winds could bring down tree branches.
