TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Combined seas 12 to 16 ft. Bar conditions rough to
  severe on Tuesday. Maximum ebb currents will occur around 145
  AM Tuesday, 2 PM Tuesday, and 230 AM Wednesday.

* WHERE...Grays Harbor Bar.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft especially
  when navigating in or near harbor entrances.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory for rough bar means that wave conditions
are expected to be hazardous to small craft in or near harbor
entrances.

...GALE WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, west winds 25 to 35 kt. For the
  Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 20 to 30 kt and seas 10 to
  15 ft. For the Gale Watch, southwest winds 30 to 40 kt.

* WHERE...Portions of Pacific coastal waters.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 6 PM PST this evening. For
  the Small Craft Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to noon PST
  Tuesday. For the Gale Watch, from Tuesday afternoon through
  Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Seas 15 to 19 ft this evening, decrease to
  10 to 15 ft late tonight, and increase to 15 to 20 ft Tuesday
  afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.

  seas 12 to 15 ft at 12 seconds and southwest winds 15 to 25 kt
  with gusts up to 30 kt. For the Small Craft Advisory, Rough bar
  conditions expected. Seas 10 to 11 ft at 12 seconds and south
  winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected. For the Gale
  Warning, seas 14 to 19 ft at 12 seconds and southwest winds 30
  to 40 kt with gusts up to 45 kt expected.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Hazardous Seas Warning, until 4 AM PST Tuesday. Small
  Craft Advisory, from 4 AM to 4 PM PST Tuesday. Gale Warning,
  from 4 PM Tuesday to 10 AM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 2.35 kt at 148 AM Tuesday.
  Seas 11 ft. Ebb current of 5.1 kt at 212 PM Tuesday. Seas 9 to
  11 ft. Ebb current of 2.4 kt at 237 AM Wednesday. Seas 12 to 15 ft.
