10 to 60 nm.
* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 4 AM PST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The 8 to 10 ft seas are expected late this
afternoon through tonight during the advisory window. Seas are
expected to increase to 16 to 18 ft late Thursday.

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots

hazardous seas 13 to 18 ft at 17 seconds and south winds 10 to
15 kt expected.
* WHERE...Inner Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence
out 10 NM.
* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 10 AM
PST Thursday. Hazardous Seas Warning, from 10 AM Thursday to 4
AM PST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause
damage to vessels.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Hazardous Seas Warning means hazardous sea conditions are
imminent or occurring. Recreational boaters should remain in
port, or take shelter until waves subside. Commercial vessels
should prepare for rough seas and consider remaining in port or

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
