...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO 4 AM
PST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...South winds 20 to 25 kt will occur at times.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters from San Mateo Point to the Mexican
  Border and out to 30 nm.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 4 AM PST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds will be near the entrance
  to San Diego Bay and in the coastal waters near the Mexican
  border. Seas will be choppy due to the wind, but most wave heights
  will remain below 6 feet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
