  Union Counties.

  Ouachita River At Camden affecting Ouachita and Calhoun Counties.

For the Ouachita River...including Jones Mill Dcp, Arkadelphia,
Camden, Thatcher L&D...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

River forecasts are based on current conditions and rainfall
forecasted to occur over the next 24 hours. During periods of
flooding...Evening forecasts are reissued with updated rainfall
forecasts.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Wednesday morning and continue falling to 20.3 feet
    Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Water begins to go over Bigner Road into
  the saltwater barrier. Water also cuts off most access to the Four
  Oaks Ranch Road downstream of Four Oaks boat launch. Flooding of
  Colliers Ferry Park and secondary roads near the river can be
  expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 6.7 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:15 PM CDT Tuesday was 8.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Thursday afternoon and continue falling to 1.0 feet Sunday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 4.0 feet.

  including Strothers Crossing Road near the community of Calcasieu
  and Price Crossing Road near Hineston have two to three feet of
  water over the road and are subject to being closed. Flooding of
  forested areas near the river will also occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 14.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:45 PM CDT Tuesday was 14.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Saturday afternoon and continue falling to 11.5 feet
    Sunday evening.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

    feet just after midnight tonight.
