Scattered thunderstorms will likely develop again this afternoon
and evening, with the best chances across the Northern Edwards
Plateau, Hill Country, and Heartland. Severe weather is not
expected, but dangerous lightning and brief heavy rainfall will be
possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

The threat for widespread hazardous weather is low.

northern Oklahoma, and becoming more widespread on Saturday
through Sunday night as a weak cold front is expected to pass
through.

Isolated thunderstorms will continue across areas west of US-281
and across far western Central Texas on Tuesday. Severe weather is
not expected. The strongest storms may produce brief heavy rainfall
and gusty winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Low daytime thunderstorm chances return across Central and East
Texas Thursday through Saturday. Best chances will occur across East
Texas each afternoon and evening.

Isolated storm chances continue north of Interstate 20 on Sunday.
Severe weather is not expected, but heavy rainfall may be possible
each day.

weekend into early next week across the South Plains and extreme
southern Texas Panhandle. Severe weather is not expected at this
