This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Puerto Rico.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Lightning...Isolated thunderstorms possible across PR`s northwest
quadrant. Be aware of thunderstorms in your area and be prepared
to take shelter.

.Excessive Rainfall...Ponding of water in roads and poorly
drained areas across northwest and east Puerto Rico. Urban and
small streams flooding is possible in the northwest.

.Excessive Heat...Heat index 112-114 degrees across the urban and
coastal areas from Arecibo to Carolina. Heat exhaustion or heat
stroke likely with prolonged exposure. Heat index 102-111 degrees
across the urban and coastal areas of Puerto Rico. Heat exhaustion
possible with prolonged exposure.

.Wind...Breezy conditions across southwest Puerto Rico. Unsecured
items could blow around.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

A limited to significant risk of excessive heat is expected for
the next several days, mainly across the urban and coastal
locations. Unsettled weather might be possible during the
weekend. Urban and small stream flooding are possible each
afternoon. Breezy conditions will be possible across portions of
the islands.

Spotter activation is encouraged. Please relay any information
about flooding, winds, waves, and rip currents to the National
Weather Service in San Juan.

the next several days, mainly across the urban and coastal
locations. Unsettled weather might be possible during the
weekend.
