winds 50 to 55 kt, becoming NW 90 to 110 kt late. N of
21N, N to NE winds 35 to 40 kt, increasing to 45 to 55 kt late.
Seas 11 to 17 ft, building to 21 to 32 ft in E swell
late. Numerous squalls and thunderstorms.
