The National Weather Service in San Juan has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Anegada Passage east of Virgin Gorda and Saint Croix south to
  17N...
  Caribbean Waters of Puerto Rico from 10 NM to 17N, including the
  Coastal Waters of Saint Croix...
  Coastal Waters east of Puerto Rico, around Vieques, and around and
  just north of Culebra and Saint John...
  Coastal Waters from Cabo San Juan to the waters between Anegada
  Island and Virgin Gorda and North 10 NM...
  Coastal Waters of Southern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...

* Until 745 AM AST.

* At 549 AM AST, clusters of severe thunderstorms associated with
  Erin`s outer bands, capable of producing strong gusty winds to
  nearly 50 knots and waterspouts, will continue to move into the
  southern and eastern coastal waters of Puerto Rico, Vieques,
  Culebra, and the vicinity of the US Virgin Islands, as well as the
  Anegada Passage and Caribbean Sea.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
