Colorado, west central Colorado, east central Utah, northeast Utah
and southeast Utah.
.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.
Wintry conditions will wind down this morning, with scattered
flurries along the Continental Divide into mid-day. Additional snow
accumulations will be negligible. Cooler temperatures settle across
the region tonight as skies clear and mountain basins drop into the
low teens and isolated single digits near fresh snowpack.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.
Mountain snow returns to most of our mountain passes on Sunday and
into Monday morning. This is expected to pose some travel hazards on
mountain roadways across the West Slope. Additional snow returns
midweek. Model guidance is still inconsistent on amounts and impacts.
Temperatures remain on the cool side of climatology through the
period.
.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight, however
