...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Nevada...

  Marys River Near Deeth affecting Elko County.

  Humboldt River Near Elko affecting Elko County.

  Humboldt River Above Carlin affecting Elko County.

  Humboldt River At Palisade affecting Eureka County.

  Humboldt River At Battle Mountain affecting Lander County.

  Humboldt River At Comus affecting Humboldt County.

.Warm temperatures continue to melt snowpack. An active and wet
weather pattern today through most of next week could increase water
levels and flows.

For the Marys River...including Deeth, Charleston...Minor flooding
is forecast.
For the Upper Humboldt...including Elko, Carlin...Minor flooding is
forecast.
For the Lower Humboldt...including Palisade, Battle Mountain,
Comus...Moderate flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

...FLOOD WARNING FOR SNOWMELT REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Humboldt River At Comus.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Moderate to major lowland flooding
  throughout the reach. Many rural roads near the river are flooded.
  Minor to moderate flooding occurs in lower portions of Winnemucca.
  Main area impacted is between the Union Pacific Railroad and
  Golconda Street on the west and Second Street on the east, beneath
  Interstate 80. This would be similar to flooding in February 2017.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:15 AM PDT Saturday the stage was 10.4 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 11:15 AM PDT Saturday was 10.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to slowly increase to 10.5
    feet by Monday.
  - Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    10.8 feet on 05/27/1975.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Nevada...

  Walker River Near Mason at Snyder Lane affecting Lyon County.

.Warm temperatures and reservoir management will lead to continued
snowmelt and subsequent flooding along the Mainstem of the Walker
River. Impacts will likely be prolonged, so follow advice from your
local officials.

For the Mainstem Walker River...including Mason at Snyder Lane...
Moderate flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Even 6 inches of fast-moving flood water can knock you off your feet
and a depth of 2 feet will float your car. Never try to walk, swim,
or drive through such swift water. If you come upon flood waters,
stop, turn around and go another way.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Walker River Near Mason at Snyder Lane.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Moderate flooding of lowlands, pasture and
  farmland adjacent to river throughout Mason Valley-Yerington area.
  Several rural and some secondary public roads flood. Yards and
  basements of lowest homes adjacent to the river in Mason and
  Yerington begin flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:35 AM PDT Saturday the stage was 11.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:35 AM PDT Saturday was 11.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to remain mostly steady near
    11.0 feet through Sunday. The river is then forecast to
    slowly fall during the upcoming week, but remain above flood
    stage.
  - Flood stage is 9.8 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    11.1 feet on 07/04/1980.

FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Merced River at Pohono Bridge.

* WHEN...From late tonight until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Western portion of North Pines Campground
  located at the east end of Yosemite Valley between the confluence
  of the Merced River and Tenaya Creek begins to flood. Water rises
  to the base of the swinging bridge downstream from Chapel Meadow.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 AM PDT Saturday, the stage was 9.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    just after midnight tonight and continue rising to a crest of
    10.2 feet late tonight.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    10.2 feet on 06/09/1978.
