...FREEZE WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY

* WHAT...Near-freezing temperatures as low as 32 possible.

* WHERE...The East Bay and San Francisco Bay Shoreline, Monterey Bay
  and the Big Sur Coast, and The Santa Cruz Mountains.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to
drip slowly.
