* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 26 to 32 degrees
  expected. Locations in Sweetwater County are expected to be colder
  with temperatures as low as 22 to 26 degrees.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northwest, and south
  central Wyoming.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
