...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...
Oklahoma...

  Red River Near Dekalb affecting Bowie, Red River and McCurtain
  Counties.

For the Red River...including Dekalb, Index, Fulton, Shreveport,
Coushatta, Grand Ecore...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Red River near Dekalb.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, Flooding of some two thousand acres of
  flood plain occur. Ranchers should move livestock and equipment to
  higher ground. Moderate to severe bank erosion occurs.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 25.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:00 AM CDT Thursday was 25.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.0
    feet Saturday evening.
  - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    25.8 feet on 05/09/1995.

  River and Titus Counties.

For the Sulphur River...including Talco...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sulphur River near Talco.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Expect minor flooding of lowland areas
  with a few secondary roadways closed. All cattle and equipment
  nearby the river should be moved to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 21.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:45 PM CDT Wednesday was 23.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 24.5
    feet early Friday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
