  low-lying and flood-prone locations is likely.

  - At 723 PM CDT, Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen across the
    warned area this evening due to off-and-on showers and
    thunderstorms.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to around 2 inches are possible in
    the warned area through the evening.
