* WHAT...Near to sub-freezing temperatures ranging from 29 to 34
  degrees possible for the Sulphur Springs Valley and St. David and
  Benson areas.

* WHERE...Eastern Cochise County below 5000 feet, Upper Gila River
  Valley, and Upper San Pedro River Valley.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
