* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 25 possible.

* WHERE...Converse County Lower Elevations, Ferris/Seminoe/Shirley
  Mountains, North Snowy Range Foothills, and Southwest Carbon
  County.

* WHEN...From late Monday night through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

MORNING...
...FREEZE WATCH IS CANCELLED...

* WHAT...The threat of freezing temperatures Sunday night into
  Monday morning has decreased, so the Freeze Watch has been
  cancelled; temperatures in the low-to-mid 30s are still likely.
  Freezing temperatures are expected Monday night into Tuesday
  morning, so a Freeze Watch is in effect. Sub-freezing temperatures
  28 to 32 are possible, with lower temperatures for cold prone
  locations.

* WHERE...Lander Foothills, Natrona County Lower Elevations,
  Southwest Bighorn Basin, Wind River Basin, Northeast Johnson
  County, Southeast Bighorn Basin, Southeast Johnson County, and
  North Bighorn Basin.

* WHEN...The new Freeze Watch is in effect from 1 AM to 10 AM MDT
  Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
