...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 8 PM MDT
THURSDAY...

* AFFECTED AREA:
  In Central WY Fire Zones...280...289...300.
  In Southwest WY Fire Zone....279.

* COUNTIES AFFECTED:
  In Central WY...Fremont...Natrona.
  In Southwest WY...Sweetwater.

* IMPACTS: Low Humidities...Hot Temperatures...and Strong Gusty
  Winds could cause erratic fire behavior. Conditions will improve
  overnight as winds decrease and humidities recover, however
  critical fire weather conditions will then return by around 1200
  Thursday afternoon.

* WIND: West 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph on Wednesday
  afternoon, becoming light overnight, then west-southwest 10 to
  15 mph with gusts to around 25 mph on Thursday.

* HUMIDITY: As low as 8 percent.

* TEMPERATURES: Highs in the upper 80s, with low 90s for Zone 280.

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are
either occurring now....or will shortly. A combination of strong
winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.

THIS EVENING FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY...

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 418 to 422. Fire weather
  zone 427.

* WIND...West to northwest winds sustained 15 to 20 mph with gusts
  around 30 mph expected.

* HUMIDITY...10 to 15 percent.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
