...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1045 AM MST THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southwestern Mohave County in northwestern Arizona...

* WHEN...Until 1045 AM MST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some
  low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 746 AM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Up to 0.75 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Wikieup, Blake Ranch Road, Dw Ranch Road, Hualapai Mountain Park,
    Wild Cow Campground, Valentine, Windy Point Campground, Chloride,
    Packsaddle Campground, Dolan Springs, Pierce Ferry And Antares
    Roads and Hualapai Peak.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

  - At 256 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Highway 33 from Lockwood Valley Road to the Santa Barbara County
    line.
