...WIND ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 11 PM PDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Wind Advisory will be allowed to expire on time as winds
  continue to ease. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing
  temperatures 27 to 33 degrees expected.

* WHERE...White Pine, Southern Lander and Southern Eureka, Northern
  Elko, Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range in Elko, South
  Central Elko, and Southwest Elko Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight Saturday Night to 8 AM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
