* WHAT...West winds around 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Much of western and north central North Dakota.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT /6 PM MDT/ this evening.
* IMPACTS...Things left unsecured outside will be blown around.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strong winds, combined with scattered snow
showers could produce on and off brief periods of low visibilities
this afternoon.

through passes, where there could locally be gusts up to 60 mph.
Blowing dust will be possible.
* WHERE...Apple and Lucerne Valleys and San Gorgonio Pass near
Banning.
* WHEN...From 2 PM Saturday to 11 AM PDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
