* WINDS...South 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become
difficult to control or suppress.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can

.Hot temperatures and breezy southwest winds will continue late
this afternoon across northeast Wyoming and the western South
Dakota plains. Relative humidity of 10 to 15 percent and southeast
winds gusting to 25 to 35 mph will support critical fire weather
conditions until early this evening.
