...Heavy Rain Over the Southeast Interior Tuesday through
Wednesday...

Heavy rain is expected to develop Tuesday afternoon and continue
into Wednesday morning over the southeast Interior. The heaviest
rain is expected Tuesday night. Between one-half and one inch of
rain is expected from Fairbanks west, with amounts rising to near
2 inches in the Eastern Alaska Range and over the Fortymile
Country.

This is expected to cause rivers throughout the Southeast Interior
to rise rapidly on Wednesday and Thursday. Some rivers may reach
bankfull. People camping along rivers should moves camps to higher
ground on Tuesday, and hunters in the Eastern Alaska Range and
Fortymile Country should be alert for rapidly rising streams from
Tuesday through Wednesday.
