6 PM AKST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation and strong winds expected.
  Plan on slippery road conditions. Total snow accumulations of
  4 to 8 inches, with localized amounts up to 12 inches, and ice
  accumulations of a light glaze are expected. South winds 30 to
  40 mph with gusts to 60 mph are expected north of Denali Park
  Headquarters. Heaviest snowfall expected south of Denali Park
  Headquarters.

* WHERE...Denali.

* WHEN...6 AM Tuesday to 6 PM Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 60 mph will
  cause areas of blowing and drifting snow reducing visibility
  to one half mile or less at times.

  to 35 with gusts to 45 mph along the Alaska Highway west of
  Tanacross.
