  Little Creek VA including the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel.
  Rappahannock River, York River and James River from Jamestown to
  the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel. Currituck Sound.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
