This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...east
central...south central and southeast Colorado.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight
Patchy freezing fog is expected across the San Luis Valley early
this morning, especially in low areas. Please use caution on area
roadways, as they may be slick, and visibilities may be degraded!
A dusting of snow will be possible along the central mountains
today, mainly for west facing slopes. Very minimal impacts are
expected at this time.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday
Look for a pattern change across the area starting Friday evening,
and lasting into Monday. Storm track and strength are still being
assessed, but plan on much colder temperatures, along with an
increasing chance for snow across the higher terrain, and possibly
for the plains as well.
.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Weather spotters will not be needed today or tonight.
