* WHEN...From Sunday morning to Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 90.0 feet, Water affects the north half of Tourist
  Park.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 86.3 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached late tomorrow morning.
  - Flood stage is 89.0 feet.
