* At 10:45 PM Friday the stage was 20.2 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 20.5 feet on
  Saturday.
* At 20.0 feet...Flooding of low-lying agricultural and pasture land
  begins.

...Minor to Moderate Flooding Continues along Area Rivers...

.Minor flooding continues along the White River from near the town
of White River downstream to the confluence of the Missouri River.
Flooding will persist through at least early this weekend.

Moderate flooding continues along the Cheyenne River near Bridger,
upstream from Lake Oahe. The Cheyenne River continues to steadily
fall and is expected to drop out of moderate flood stage by Saturday
morning. However, minor flooding will continue through the weekend.

Minor flooding continues along the Little Missouri River from the
Montana and South Dakota state line downstream to the North Dakota
state line, along the Bad River near Midland, and along the Moreau
River near Faith. Although these rivers are slowly falling, minor
flooding will persist through at least early Saturday.

Additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected this
weekend through early next week. One to two inches of rainfall are
anticipated across most of the area through Tuesday, with some
locally heavier amounts possible. This additional rainfall will lead
to rises on area rivers from Memorial Day through much of next week.

...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1015 AM MDT MONDAY FOR
SOUTHWESTERN BUTTE COUNTY...

Local law enforcement reports that flooding continues across
southern Butte County. Willow Creek and Horse Creek remain out of
their banks, but water is receding.

Multiple roads remain closed as a result of this flooding, including
Arpan Road, Brooker Road, and Crow Creek Road between Capp Road and
Taylor Road, Dillinger Road, Youngberg Road from 188th Street to
Hope Road, Valley Township Road from Wetz Road to the Bismarck
Bridge, and Stone Lake Road between Hope Road and Orman Road.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Minnesota...North Dakota...

  * Fargo...on the Red River ...in Clay and Cass Counties


.River levels will to continue to gradually rise due to rain over
the region in the next 24-48 hours. However, river levels will
remain in minor flood stage.


  This forecast is for a 7-day period...the highest stage
indicated may not reflect the crest for this event.

  Forecasts are updated daily and stage values will change
as new weather and river information is used.

  River forecasts use 24 hours of forecast precipitation
between April 1st and October 1st, and 48 hours otherwise.
However, depending on the situation, they may include
precipitation expected through the next 72 hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety message...turn around, don`t drown...

 - Don`t travel through flooded areas!

 - Persons in the warned area need to take steps to protect life

* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 16.7 feet by
  Sunday morning. Additional rises may be possible thereafter.
* At 16.5 feet...The water overtops the bridge 3 miles north and 1
  1/2 mile east of Ashton.
