  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
  in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be
  flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and
  rivers are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - 3 to 5 inches of rain has fallen today in a large area along

    Thomasville, all the way down to the Forgotten Coast. An
    additional inch or two of rain is forecast this evening, with
    local amounts to three inches. It would not take much
    additional rain to cause new flooding. Other areas within the
    watch will see a few hours of moderate to possibly heavy rain
    through this evening, including southeast Alabama.
