* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Tioughnioga River at Cortland.

* WHEN...From late Tuesday night to Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Minor flood stage. Flooding leads to some
  closures along Kellogg Road to the south of Cortland.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 PM EDT Monday the stage was 4.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Wednesday morning to a crest of 8.5 feet early
    Wednesday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    Thursday morning.
  - Flood stage is 8.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 8.5 feet, Water spreads throughout agricultural lands
  nearest the river on the West side of Sherburne.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 PM EDT Monday the stage was 3.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow evening to a crest of 8.7 feet Wednesday morning. It
    will then fall below flood stage Wednesday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 8.5 feet.
