* WHERE...The Mohawk and Schoharie Valleys, Helderbergs, Capital
  Region, Saratoga Springs-Glens Falls Area, Sacandaga Region, mid
  Hudson Valley, central and southern Taconics and the southeastern
  Catskills of eastern New York, the southern Berkshires of western
  Massachusetts and all of northwestern Connecticut.

* WHEN...From noon to 8 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
  illnesses.
