EVENING...
...GALE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 4 AM EST
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, west winds to 30 knots
  and waves 7 to 10 feet. For the Gale Warning, southwest winds
  to 35 knots and waves 8 to 11 feet expected.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Ripley to
  Buffalo.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 7 PM EST this
  evening. For the Gale Warning, from 7 PM this evening to 4 AM
  EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.
