...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST THIS EVENING...
...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO
NOON EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, southwest to west winds 15 to 25 mph
  with gusts up to 50 mph. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold
  wind chills as low as 15 below expected.

* WHERE...In Ohio, Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, and Lake Counties. In
  Pennsylvania, Erie County.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM EST this evening. For the
  Cold Weather Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to noon EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The
  cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in
  hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest wind gusts are expected between the
  Lake Erie shore and Interstate 90 from northeastern Cuyahoga
  County through Erie County, PA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
