...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM WEDNESDAY TO 5 PM MST
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Southwest winds gusting up to 70 mph expected.

* WHERE...Beartooth Foothills and Livingston Area.

* WHEN...From 11 AM Wednesday to 5 PM MST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong crosswinds will make travel difficult along
  Interstate 90 from Livingston to Big Timber and roads along the
  Beartooth Foothills.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are expected Wednesday night
  through Thursday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution and consider postponing travel
until winds subside, or take an alternate route.

  Ritzville, Fairfield, Post Falls, Coeur d`Alene, Davenport, Grand
  Coulee, Uniontown, Wilbur, Rosalia, Moscow, Oakesdale, Colfax,
  Airway Heights, Potlatch, Cheney, Creston, Plummer, Spokane
  Valley, Genesee, Downtown Spokane, Tekoa, Coulee City, and Pullman.

* WHEN...From 6 AM Wednesday to 7 AM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and isolated trees uprooted. Scattered
