* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 15 to 25 kt
  with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 6 to 11 feet expected. For the
  Gale Watch, west winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and
  seas 8 to 13 feet possible.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters from Eastport, ME to Schoodic Point, ME
  out 25 NM, Coastal Waters from Schoodic Point, ME to
  Stonington, ME out 25 NM and Intra Coastal Waters from
  Schoodic Point, ME to Stonington, ME.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM EDT Sunday to
  11 AM EST Monday. For the Gale Watch, from Monday morning
  through late Monday night.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions.  Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and seas.
