A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frostbite and hypothermia can

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Very cold wind chills expected. Additional
  snow accumulations of up to one inch. Gusty northwest winds into
  winds this evening will continue to produce low visibilities in
  blowing snow. Wind chills as low as 25 below zero expected.

* WHERE...Northern Erie, Crawford and Southern Erie counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 4 AM EST Monday.
  For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to noon
  EST Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute. The
  cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as
  little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
conditions will make travel very hazardous or impossible. If you
must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food and water in your
vehicle in case of an emergency.

combine to create low wind chills. Frostbite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Ohio.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 4 AM EST Monday.
  For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to noon
  EST Monday.
