...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY EVENING THROUGH TUESDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow possible. Accumulations of 6 inches
  or more possible.

* WHERE...Warren County.

* WHEN...From Monday evening through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There will be light snow tonight and Monday
  with accumulations of 1 to 3 inches by sunset Monday. However, the
  period of heaviest snowfall will be Monday night and Tuesday when
  more than 6 inches could fall.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

During lake effect snow, the weather can vary from bands of locally
heavy snow to dry weather just a few miles away. Visibilities can
also vary greatly. Be prepared for rapid changes in weather,
visibility, and road conditions.
