This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast Pennsylvania.
.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.
Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
A low pressure system will move through the area Wednesday. Morning
snow will change to an elevation based rain/snow mix in the
afternoon and evening as warmer air works its way into the area from
the south. Higher elevations around the Wyoming Valley could see a
few inches of snow, but this will be dependent on how much warm air
moves into the area. Snow may cause slick roadways and low
visibility.
.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Weather spotters are encouraged to report significant weather
conditions according to Standard Operating Procedures. Please relay
any information about severe weather to the NWS.
