...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EST
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Expect sustained winds up to 27 knots from the west
  with gusts up to 31 knots. The largest significant waves will
  be 6 feet with a potential maximum wave height of 8 feet.

* WHERE...Outer Saginaw Bay SW of Alabaster to Port Austin MI to
  Inner Saginaw Bay, Inner Saginaw Bay SW of Point Au Gres to
  Bay Port MI and Port Austin to Harbor Beach MI.

* WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 7 AM EST Thursday
  with the largest waves expected around 9 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

  be 4 feet with a potential maximum wave height of 5 feet.

* WHERE...Harbor Beach to Port Sanilac MI and Port Sanilac to
  Port Huron MI.

* WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 6 AM EST Thursday
  with the largest waves expected around 9 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

...LOW WATER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO 10 PM
EST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, west winds to 20 knots and
  waves 2 to 4 feet expected. For the Low Water Advisory,
  abnormally low water levels expected.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Maumee Bay to
  The Islands OH.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM this morning to
  11 AM EST Thursday. For the Low Water Advisory, from 10 AM
  this morning to 10 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Below
  normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating
  conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Elevated southwest winds through this
  evening will result in water levels across the western basin of
  Lake Erie to fall near or slightly below the critical mark for
  safe navigation of 5 inches below low water datum.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due
to below normal water levels.
