Missouri.
.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT
Scattered snow showers will likely accompany a cold front
through daybreak. The combination of light snowfall and strong,
gusty winds potentially up to 55 mph may result in brief,
significant visibility reductions.
A Wind Advisory has been issued for areas along and south of
Highway 30 through 9 AM. A Winter Weather Advisory, north of
Highway 30, will continue through 9 AM this morning due to the
threat for light snow accumulations under one inch and
blowing/drifting snow is possible, especially in open and rural
areas.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY
There is a chance for accumulating snow Thursday night and again
Saturday. There is potential for a few inches of new snow with
each round.
Windy conditions are expected Friday into Friday night as arctic
cold moves into the Midwest. Wind chills will approach and may
exceed 20 below zero across portions of the area Friday night and
especially Saturday night.

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.
.KEY MESSAGES...
- Very windy conditions today with gusts around 35-45 mph with some
isolated 50+ mph possible as a front moves through. A wind advisory
is in effect from 9Z-15Z for areas north of a line from Doniphan to
Randolph counties.
- Cooling trend begins Friday. Coldest temperatures of the week
anticipated this weekend with below-freezing highs.
- A few low-end chances (below 30%) for light snow later this
week for NE MO as waves pass to the north/northeast. Best
chances for any snow come this Saturday. Accumulations are
expected to be minimal.

Wisconsin, south central Wisconsin and southeast Wisconsin.

Another round of accumulating snowfall is expected this morning,
with generally up to an inch possible. Some freezing drizzle will
be possible as the snow is moving in. Northerly winds gusting to
35 mph are expected as a cold front drops through. The morning
commute will likely be impacted by the lingering wintry weather. A
Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for much of the
forecast area until 9 am.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday
Additional rounds of snowfall are possible through the end of the
week, but confidence in timing is on the lower end.
An arctic airmass is expected this upcoming weekend, with wind
chills as cold as -15 to -30 for the overnight and early morning
hours.

profile vehicles. Brief, localized visibility reductions are possible
(20-40% chance) in a band of scattered snow showers this morning.

Accumulating snow is forecast Thursday evening into Friday morning.
There is a 50 to 80 percent chance for more than 2 inches of snow
near and north of a Macomb to Robinson line.
Another shot of Arctic air will arrive late this week, with wind
chills well below zero Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.
