There is a slight chance of patchy freezing drizzle this evening
north of Interstate 80 in northwest Illinois. This could lead to
slippery travel conditions Friday night

Accumulating snow is likely Saturday night into early Sunday
morning which could leave to slippery travel conditions. There is
a moderate to high chance for two or more inches of snowfall
across much of the outlook area.

Light snow is expected today. As the snow departs this evening,
freezing drizzle may (15 to 25 percent chance) occur in west
central Wisconsin.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday
Accumulating snow will likely occur Saturday night. Snow amounts
may be high enough (30 to 75 percent chance) to impact travel
across northeast Iowa, far southwester Wisconsin, and portions of
southeast Minnesota.

Temperatures in the single digits or slightly below zero can be
expected tonight, with wind chills from zero to minus 15.
Areas of freezing fog, with visibility below a half mile, are
possible late tonight into Friday morning. This could result in
patchy slick spots, especially on elevated surfaces.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.
There is a chance (30 to 50 percent) for snow on Saturday night and
Sunday. There is another slight chance (20 percent) for snow on
Tuesday.
