  Mississippi River at Burlington affecting Henderson, Hancock, Lee
  and Des Moines Counties.

  Mississippi River at Gladstone LD18 affecting Henderson and Des
  Moines Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

The next statement will be issued by Wednesday afternoon at 300 PM
CDT.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Rock River at Afton.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday, June 18.

* IMPACTS...At 9.1 feet, Floodwaters affect property of a home on
  South Christian Road on the east side of the river in the Afton
  area.  There is minor erosional flood damage to lowland and
  agricultural land in the Afton and Janesville areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 9.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 3:00 PM CDT Tuesday was 9.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Monday evening and continue falling to 8.9 feet Tuesday, June
    18.
  - Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    9.4 feet on 03/29/2011.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Crawfish River at Milford.

* WHEN...Until early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 8.2 feet, There is widespread flooding of
  agricultural land and lowland. There is widespread flooding in
  Riverbend Campground, about 5 miles upstream of Milford. This
  level is considered to be about a 20 percent chance flood meaning
  there is a 20 percent chance in any given year of the river
  reaching this level.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 7.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 5.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 3:00 PM CDT Tuesday was 7.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Friday afternoon and continue falling to 5.4 feet
    Tuesday, June 18.
  - Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    7.7 feet on 03/29/2009.

  residential property in the City of Jefferson. Rock River Park and
  boat launch is affected north of town near Hwy B.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 10.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:00 AM CDT Tuesday was 10.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.5
    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    early Friday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    10.6 feet on 03/17/2009.
