* At 22.3 feet...Water enters Riverfront Park in Leavenworth. In
  addition, 2nd Street at the waste water treatment plant is closed
  due to high water. Persons should vacate the park to avoid the loss
  of life and property.
* At 20.0 feet...Lowland flooding occurs along the east and west
  banks of the river.

  already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  El Dorado, Winfield, Andover, Augusta, Rose Hill, Eureka, Douglass,
  Towanda, Benton, Udall, Leon, Howard, Burden, Moline, Severy,
  Grenola, Atlanta, Fall River, Latham and Elk Falls.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area.

This includes Interstate 35 between Mile Markers 56 and 75.
