  between 8 and 12 inches above 9500 feet.

* WHERE...Spring Mountains-Red Rock Canyon.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 8 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible,
  particularly along State Routes 156, 157, and 158.
