North Dakota, south central North Dakota, and southeast North
Dakota.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is now in effect until 9 PM CDT this
evening across central and eastern North Dakota. Main threats will
be large hail up to three inches in diameter, wind gusts up to 75
mph, and a tornado or two. See more details at

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.

today, meaning that scattered severe storms are possible. Primary
hazards include large hail and damaging wind gusts. A tornado is
also possible, mainly over south central South Dakota.

Northwest winds gusting to 30-45 mph are expected on Saturday.

the most numerous in northern Wyoming. Strong wind gusts and
locally heavy rain are the main threats.

Tuesday...A chance for afternoon thunderstorms across the west.

Wednesday and Thursday...A chance for afternoon thunderstorms,
mainly across the south.

central South Dakota, north central South Dakota and northeast
South Dakota.

Widespread showers and thunderstorms likely this afternoon and
evening along a cold front that will push across the area from west
to east. Some of these storms could be strong to severe with the main
threats being strong to damaging wind gusts, large hail, and the
possibility of isolated tornadoes.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
