The National Weather Service in Omaha has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Pottawattamie County in southwestern Iowa...
  Sarpy County in east central Nebraska...
  Douglas County in east central Nebraska...

* Until 400 PM CDT.

* At 1058 AM CDT, emergency officials continue to report significant
  flooding in several areas. Some areas received 3 to 5 inches of
  rain this morning, with isolated amount greater than 5 inches. The
  heavy rain has diminished but please heed any road closures across
  the area. Do not drive your vehicle into water, regardless of how
  deep it may look. Be especially cautious along the Papillion Creek
  as a significant pulse of water has yet to make it through the
  creek. Due to elevated levels on the Missouri River, Papillion
  Creek will not be able to move its water through which could cause
  significant backups near the mouth of the creek.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Omaha, Council Bluffs, Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Ralston,
  Gretna, Valley, Springfield, Waterloo, Cedar Creek, Elkhorn, Offutt
  AFB, Millard, Carter Lake, Bennington, Boys Town, Crescent, Lake
  Manawa State Park and Koa Campground.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
