...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO NOON
CDT THURSDAY...

The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a Small
Craft Advisory, which is in effect from midnight tonight to noon
CDT Thursday.

* WINDS...South winds will gradually, reaching 15 to 25 knots
  tonight.

* WAVES...Waves will gradually build, reaching 3 to 5 feet by
  midnight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds over 20 knots or
waves greater than 4 feet are expected to produce hazardous
conditions to small craft.  Inexperienced mariners, especially
those operating smaller vessels should avoid navigating in these
conditions.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM TO 2 PM EDT
THURSDAY...

The Small Craft Advisory is now in effect from 4 AM to 2 PM EDT
Thursday.

* WIND AND WAVES DURING THE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY...Expect
  sustained winds of up to 21 knots from the south, with gusts
  up to 25 knots. The largest expected significant waves will be
  5 feet with a maximum wave height of up to 8 feet possible.

* TIMING...The maximum winds are expected around 4 AM EDT
  Thursday with the largest waves expected around 6 AM EDT
  Thursday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 22 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
