...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM THIS
AFTERNOON TO 10 AM EST SATURDAY...

* WINDS...Southwest winds 15 to 25 knots. Gusts to 30 knots this
  afternoon and evening.

* WAVES...Building to 4 to 7 feet this evening, with occasional
  waves to 9 feet, subsiding to 3 to 5 feet Saturday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that sustained winds or frequent
gusts of 22 to 33 knots are likely...and/or waves greater than
4 feet are expected. Inexperienced mariners...especially those
operating smaller vessels should avoid navigating in these
conditions.

  Bay National Marine Sanctuary, 5NM East of Mackinac Bridge to
  Presque Isle Light MI including Bois Blanc Island, Sturgeon Pt
  to Alabaster MI and St Ignace to False Detour Channel.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

  southwest with gusts up to 32 knots. The largest significant
  waves will be 2 feet with a potential maximum wave height of 3
  feet.

* WHERE...Outer Saginaw Bay SW of Alabaster to Port Austin MI to
  Inner Saginaw Bay.

* WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 7 PM EST Friday
  with the largest waves expected around 6 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
