...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM TUESDAY...

* NORTHEAST WINDS OF 15 TO 25 KNOTS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT
  BEFORE DECREASING TUESDAY MORNING.

* COMBINED SEAS OF 9 TO 11 FEET WILL SLOWLY SUBSIDE TO BELOW 10
  FEET TUESDAY MORNING. HIGHEST SEAS WILL BE EAST OF THE ISLANDS.

* THESE WINDS AND SEAS WILL BE HAZARDOUS TO OPERATORS OF SMALL
  CRAFT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS...SHOULD AVOID BOATING IN THESE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS.
