* WHAT...East winds 15 to 25 kt. Seas 8 to 13 feet expected.

* WHERE...Kauai Northwest Waters, Kauai Windward Waters, Kauai
  Leeward Waters, Kauai Channel, Oahu Windward Waters, Oahu
  Leeward Waters, Kaiwi Channel, Maui County Windward Waters,
  Maui County Leeward Waters and Big Island Windward Waters.

* WHEN...From 6 AM Monday to 7 PM HST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 25 to 33 knots
and/or seas 10 feet or greater are expected to produce conditions
hazardous to small craft. Inexperienced mariners, especially
those operating smaller vessels, should avoid navigating in these
conditions.

* WHAT...Northeast winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 6 to 9 feet, except 1
  to 3 ft over Maalaea Bay.

* WHERE...Pailolo Channel and Maalaea Bay.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM HST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 25 to 33 knots

AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 20 to 30
  kt. For the Gale Watch, east winds 25 to 35 kt and seas 6 to 11
  feet possible.

* WHERE...Alenuihaha Channel, Big Island Leeward Waters and Big
  Island Southeast Waters.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM HST Monday.
  For the Gale Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday
  afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Watch is issued when the risk of gale force winds of 34 to
47 knots has significantly increased but the specific timing
and/or location is still uncertain. It is intended to provide
additional lead time for mariners who may wish to consider
altering their plans.
