Hawaiian offshore waters beyond 40 nautical miles out to 240
nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

E of 157W, SE to S winds 10 to 20 kt. Elsewhere, SW to W winds 15
to 25 kt, diminishing to 10 to 15 kt in the afternoon. Seas 10 to
20 ft. Isolated thunderstorms W of 157W.
.TONIGHT...Tropical storm conditions possible W of 158W and
N of 25N. E of 158W, SE winds 10 to 20 kt. Elsewhere, SW to W
winds 10 to 20 kt, diminishing to 15 kt or less after midnight.
Seas 7 to 15 ft. Isolated thunderstorms NW Half.
.WEDNESDAY...NE half, SE to S winds 10 to 20 kt. NW half, variable
winds up to 10 kt. Seas 6 to 12 ft.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...E of 160W, E winds 10 to 20 kt. W of 160W,
variable winds up to 10 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft.
