...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas...

  San Bernard River near Sweeny affecting Brazoria County.

  San Bernard River near Boling affecting Wharton, Fort Bend and
  Brazoria Counties.

For the San Bernard River...including East Bernard, Sweeny, Boling...
Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Persons with interests along these streams should keep alert to
rising water and take all precautions to protect their property. Do
not drive or walk into flooded areas the depth and water velocity
could be too great for you to cross safely. Motorists should avoid
any water covered roads and find an alternate route. Livestock and
equipment should be removed from the flood plain immediately. Stay
tuned to NOAA Weather radio or other news sources for further
updates.

The Flood Warning continues for
  the San Bernard River near Sweeny.
* Until Saturday morning.
* At 7:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 9.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
  at 7:45 PM CDT Thursday was 11.1 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early
  Saturday morning and continue falling to 3.3 feet Tuesday evening.
* Impact...At 9.0 feet, water is over the mid level walkway at the
  Phillips Terminal near Sweeny.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 10.7
  feet on 12/09/2018.

The Flood Warning continues for
  the San Bernard River near Boling.
* Until late Saturday night.
* At 8:01 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 22.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
  at 8:01 PM CDT Thursday was 24.5 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall and is expected to fall
  below flood stage Saturday afternoon and continue falling to 10.8
  feet Tuesday evening.
* Impact...At 22.0 feet, moderate lowland flooding begins upstream
  from the gage with significant backwater flooding up Peach Creek
  in Wharton County inundating low lying areas. Minor backwater
  flooding up Snake Creek in Fort Bend County begins.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 22.0
  feet on 03/14/2015.

  at 8:15 AM CDT Friday was 14.7 feet.
* Forecast...The Neches River near Diboll is expected to fall below
  flood stage Tuesday morning and continue falling to 11.2 feet
  Wednesday morning.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet, Lowland flooding will slowly decrease for
  the next several days.

  the Attoyac Bayou Near Chireno.
* Until Wednesday evening.
* At 8:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 15.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 14 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum bayou stage in the 24 hours ending
  at 8:30 AM CDT Friday was 15.5 feet.
* Forecast...The Attoyac Bayou is expected to rise to a crest of
  15.7 feet early Saturday afternoon. It will then fall below flood
  stage early Wednesday morning.
* Impact...At 14.0 feet, Expect lowland flooding for the next
  several days of the heavily wooded floodplain. Ranchers that have
  cattle and equipment near the river should move them to higher
  ground.

* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue a slow fall through Friday. The
  river is expected to fall to below flood stage Friday evening.
* Impact...At 24.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding occurs, with the
  river reaching well into the flood plain. Any oil tank batteries,
  pump jacks, and secondary roads near the river may be flooded

  the Sabine River Near Deweyville.
* Until further notice.
* At 6:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 25.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
  at 6:45 PM CDT Thursday was 25.2 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.3 feet
  early Saturday afternoon.
* Impact...At 25.0 feet, Lowest roads beside the river flood around
  Deweyville and subject to being closed. In addition, low-lying
  roads in Southwest Beauregard Parish are flooded including Robert
  Clark Road. Flooding occurs on the south side of Niblett Bluff
  Park with access roads to camp houses cut off around the park.
  Access roads to the river in Northeastern Orange County become
  flooded.

* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 31.0 feet
  just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage
  Saturday afternoon.
* Impact...At 30.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding will occur along the
  river between Merryville and Bon Wier. A few roads in Southwest
  Vernon Parish have water over them.
