...PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL AFFECT TRAVEL OVER CENTRAL ILLINOIS EARLY
THIS MORNING...
Patchy dense fog has formed across Central Illinois in the last
couple of hours. Visibility may fall below one-quarter mile at times
through early morning, leading to potentially hazardous travel
conditions.
Expect rapid changes in visibility over short distances, with visibility
possibly even near zero at times.
Be sure to slow down if you encounter dense fog. Use low beam headlights if
driving, and leave plenty of distance between you and the vehicle ahead.

...Patchy Dense Fog Early This Morning...
Patchy dense fog with visibility under one half mile will be
possible this morning through 8 am, mainly along and south of the
Highway 34 corridor across far southeast Iowa, northeast Missouri,
and into west central Illinois. Motorists this morning in these
areas should exercise caution as the visibility may change
suddenly over very short distances.
